1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the MM Detailing LLC website (MMdetailing.net) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Services
MM Detailing LLC provides professional auto detailing services including but not limited to hand washing, interior and exterior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating application, headlight restoration, buff and wax, engine bay cleaning, and related automotive care services. Services are available at our shop location at 18676 Eureka Rd, Southgate, MI and through mobile detailing service across the Metro Detroit area.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are starting prices and are subject to change. Final pricing is determined based on vehicle size, condition, and specific service requirements. An accurate quote will be provided before any work begins. No work will be performed without your approval of the final price. MM Detailing LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice on the website, but any agreed-upon quote for your specific service will be honored.
4. Booking and Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled through our website booking system, by phone at (313) 652-8699, or by text message. We recommend booking 1 to 5 days in advance depending on the service. Same-day and next-day availability may be offered based on our current schedule.
5. Cancellations and No-Shows
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling or texting (313) 652-8699. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit to secure future bookings. MM Detailing LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible and work to reschedule at a convenient time.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, Zelle, Cash App, and Apple Pay. For premium services (paint correction, ceramic coating, and specialty packages), a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Deposit terms will be communicated before booking confirmation.
7. Vehicle Condition and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings and valuables from their vehicle prior to service. MM Detailing LLC is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle. Please inform us of any pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, aftermarket modifications, or specific areas of concern before service begins. This helps us provide accurate expectations and avoid any misunderstandings.
8. Service Results and Expectations
While we strive for exceptional results on every vehicle, outcomes may vary depending on the current condition of your vehicle's paint, interior surfaces, age, and prior maintenance history. Paint correction results depend on the severity of defects and the remaining thickness of your vehicle's clear coat. Ceramic coating longevity depends on proper aftercare and maintenance. We will communicate realistic expectations and any limitations before beginning work.
9. Ceramic Pro Coating Warranty
Vehicles receiving Ceramic Pro ceramic coating are covered under Ceramic Pro's manufacturer warranty terms. Warranty details, duration, and care requirements will be provided to you upon completion of the coating application. The warranty is subject to Ceramic Pro's terms and conditions and requires adherence to recommended aftercare procedures.
10. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion by calling or texting (313) 652-8699. We will work with you to address your concerns and make it right. This guarantee does not apply to issues caused by environmental exposure, improper aftercare, pre-existing conditions, automated car washes, or circumstances beyond our control after the vehicle has left our care.
11. Limitation of Liability
MM Detailing LLC exercises the highest level of care when handling your vehicle. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions including but not limited to paint defects, clear coat failure, cracked or deteriorating trim, sun damage, rust, mechanical issues, or damage caused by prior service providers. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during service as a direct result of our work, we will address it promptly and professionally. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the cost of the specific service performed.
12. Photos and Media Usage
By using our services, you grant MM Detailing LLC permission to photograph and video your vehicle before, during, and after service. These images and videos may be used on our website, social media accounts (including Instagram @MM_DETAILINGLLC and Facebook), and marketing materials. Photos and videos may include visible license plates and vehicle exteriors as they naturally appear during the service process. No personal information such as your name or contact details will be shared publicly without your explicit consent. If you do not wish to have your vehicle photographed, please notify us in writing or verbally before service begins.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and design elements are the property of MM Detailing LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.
14. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the website. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website at our discretion.
